libatlas3-base software package provides Automatically Tuned Linear Algebra Software, generic shared, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libatlas3-base
libatlas3-base is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libatlas3-base package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libatlas3-base *
You will get with libatlas3-base package name, version, architecture and description in a table
